Trinity College Dublin, the University of Dublin is growing the Trinity Business School which will be co-located with an Innovation and Entrepreneurship Hub to help drive a spirit on entrepreneurship across the campus and Dublin city centre, supporting a growing culture of job creation and helping position Dublin as a global node for innovation and start-up enterprises. The building will be accessed mainly from the College but will also have an entrance on Pearse Street. The new Business school has ambitious plans to be a dynamic and leading institution in Ireland and ranked globally in International Business School ranking tables.
Trinity invites tender proposals for the operation of catering facilities at the new Trinity Business School currently under construction on Pearse Street at Trinity for a period of one year up to a maximum total of ten years.

Description of the procurement

Trinity invites tender proposals for the operation of catering facilities at the new Trinity Business School currently under construction on Pearse Street at Trinity for a period of one year up to a maximum total of ten years. The new contract is set to commence on March 1st 2019. Regular scheduled performance reviews will take place throughout the course of the contract. It is proposed to have a 200 seater Restaurant located on the ground floor of the building there will be an additional “finishing” kitchen located on the fifth floor to provide support for hospitality services, in that area and a café located on the lower ground in a stunning concourse area adjacent to a 600 seater auditorium along with a further two 100 seater auditoria.
