The Authority requires a suitable Human Resource Consultancy provider to deliver HR consultancy and organisational developmental services to the Authority.
The successful Tenderer must also be capable of delivering strategic advice and assistance in the areas of HR strategy, organisational development, and have competence to deal with statutory, political, governmental, Public Sector and other key stakeholders. The approximate number of Authority staff is 103 which are all based at Dún Scéine, Iveagh Court, Harcourt Lane, Dublin 2. In addition, the Authority also accommodates a number of outsourced placements in its offices.

Description of the procurement

The contracting authority will not be responsible for any costs, charges or expenses incurred by candidates or tenderers relating to this contract award procedure irrespective of the outcome of the competition, or if the competition is postponed or cancelled.
