Short description
Lot 1: Creative Above the Line Services for B2B and B2C Communications including Sponsorships. Services will include the delivery of Strategic Planning and Creative support for a range of activities. See detail in Section II.2.4.
Lot 2: Creative Digital Services for B2B & B2C Communications including Sponsorships. Services will include the delivery of Strategic Planning and Creative support for a range of activities. See detail in Section II.2.4.
Lot 3: Ongoing Below The Line Design ‘Straight to Studio’ Services for B2B, B2C including Sponsorships & Internal Communications for offline and online channels. Services will include the delivery of offline & online ‘straight to studio ‘ services for promotional materials that are consistent with Electric Ireland and ESB Brand Guidelines. Description of the procurement
These services will include the delivery of Strategic Planning and Creative support for a range of activities including:
• Brand campaigns for ESB Group for both online and offline channels
• Tactical Campaigns for B2C and B2B in online and offline channels
• Support for ESB Group’s sponsorships such as Electric Ireland’s Electric Picnic, GAA Minor Championship and Pieta Darkness to Light, and ESB Networks' sponsorships such as RSA Activation and ESB Networks schools programme
It is likely that a variety of creative materials will need to be developed for each of the above areas for TV, Press, Radio, Out of Home (OOH) and for activation across digital channels and events.
