Short description

This Tender is to establish a single supplier framework Design Team for Small Works Projects at UCC to whom specific contracts may be awarded on an exclusive basis based on the terms of a framework agreement
The Framework Agreement will be established on foot of competitive tenders received for the award of the initial contracts for the Refurbishment of Capital Projects Office at No 3 Carrigside (the “Initial Contract”). It is proposed to refurbish and extend the offices of the Capital Projects Office.
The Design Team services required to carry out this project will be procured on the basis of a Architect Lead single design team appointment. The selected team will be required to provide the range of consultancy services for the delivery of the project including but not limited to the following:
• Architectural Services (including ER & PSDP);
• Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Services;
• Civil/Structural Engineering Services;

Description of the procurement

• Architectural Services (including ER & PSDP);
• Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Services;
• Civil/Structural Engineering Services;
