Precise information on deadline(s) for review procedures: 
Any dispute in regard to the Suitability of Tenderers or award of Contract must be brought to the attention of Donegal County Council, in the first instance, before the end of the Standstill Period. Once, the decision of the Tender Review Committee has been reviewed a 'decision' shall be notified to the complainant who shall then either accept the decision or apply to the High Court for a Review. Disputes arising during the Contract must first be referred to the Local Authority, and if unresolved may be referred to Body responsible for mediation procedures.
