Description of the procurement

Monaghan County Council requires multi-disciplinary engineering and other specialised
consultancy services in accordance with the scheduled services specified under the 'Tender and Schedule' for the delivery of Phases 0/1, 2, 3, 4 of the current edition of the TII PMG (PE-PMG-02041) and Phases 1-4 of the National Roads Authority 'Project Management Guidelines 2010' for the N2 Ardee to Castleblayney and N2 Clontibret to
Border Road Schemes.
The project involves the separate, independent but co-ordinated design of the two specific schemes for the N2 under a single Contract:
Scheme 1: N2 Ardee to Castleblayney (Approx 32km)
Scheme 2: N2 Clontiberet to Border (Approx 28km)
It will be a requirement that key members of the Consultants team shall be based in Monaghan Town. A full description of the services required by the Client is provided in Schedule B of the Tender and Schedule for the Conditions of Engagement for Consultancy Services (Technical).
