Short description

The Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) was established as Ireland's national energy authority under the Sustainable Energy Act 2002. SEAI's mission is to play a leading role in transforming Ireland into a society based on sustainable energy structures, technologies and practices.
The objective of this Request For Tenders ("RFT") is to invite proposals from suitably qualified Tenderers for the establishment of two multi-party framework agreements for the provision of Recruitment Agency Services;
Lot 1: Organisation Support Services Roles; and
Lot 2: Technically-Skilled Roles.
A panel of up to five (5) Recruitment Agencies will be appointed to each multi-party framework.
Tenderers may apply to both lots, and may be appointed to both frameworks if they qualify in the top five (5) tenders at evaluation stage.

Description of the procurement

The Tenderers will assist the Contracting Authority with its recruitment needs. Services provided by the Tenderers in all lots will include advertising the role, receiving the CVs and/ or application forms, screening applicants and forwarding on candidate details that match the requirements of the role to the Contracting Authority. The Tenderers will also be responsible for verifying qualification and checking references of the successful candidates. The roles which the Contracting Authority expects to recruit over the lifetime of the framework agreements can be divided into categories/ lots and tenderers are allowed to apply for one or both lots:
