The Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine are undertaking a pre-qualification process to assess the suitability of prospective tenderers for the main construction and dredging contract relating to the Smooth Point Pier Extension Project in Killybegs Fishery Harbour Centre, Co. Donegal.
This project is part supported by the Irish government and the European Maritime & Fisheries Fund as part of the EMFF Operational Programme for 2014-2020.

Description of the procurement

The Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine are undertaking a pre-qualification process to assess the suitability of prospective tenderers for the main construction and dredging contract relating to the Smooth Point Pier Extension Project in Killybegs Fishery Harbour Centre, Co. Donegal.
This project is part supported by the Irish government and the European Maritime & Fisheries Fund as part of the EMFF Operational Programme for 2014-2020.
Submissions are sought from suitably experienced applicants who can demonstrate experience relevant to the required works and who can mobilise sufficient plant and labour resources to undertake and complete the project. The Department intends to prequalify the top 6 ranked applicants.
Suitability Assessment will be conducted on the basis of the criteria established in QW1 Suitability Assessment for Works Contractor and as PSCS, Restricted Procedure for the principal marine civil engineering contractor.
