HRI & Subsidiaries are seeking a suitably resourced provider for the provision of a new web content management system (WCMS) and related licences and services. Please note that HRI & Subsidiaries provide no guarantee to any future expenditure beyond the initial contract. It is emphasised that a framework agreement constitutes no guarantee to purchase a specific quantity of supplies from a particular economic operator.
Where more than one suitable option is available, particularly where there would be a substantial difference in cost, tenderers may make more than one submission by providing a separate additional Form of Tender and Appendix 5. Additional submissions will be evaluated independently of each other.

Description of the procurement

HRI & Subsidiaries are seeking a suitably resourced provider for the provision of a new web content management system (WCMS) and related licences and services. It is anticipated that an initial contract will be entered into with the framework operator for:
- Perpetual licence for the WCMS for a growing number of websites, WCMS users (content editors), WCMS administrators and developers.
- Annual support agreement for up to ten years including all minor and major updates and technical support.
- Administrator training.
- Developer training.
- Implementation support and consultancy.
- Development support and consultancy.
- Infrastructure hosting (if applicable)
