List and brief description of conditions:  • The trainer must be an applicant who is an established experienced Trainer that has proven experience providing educational programmes in this area.
• The trainer must meet all of the criteria set under the declaration of bona fides.
• The trainer must take legal and fiduciary responsibility for the project.
• The trainer must provide a CV outlining their capabilities
• The trainer must complete Phase 1 and 2 of the Tender proposal outlined in this document
• The trainer must provide a detailed personal statement outlining their qualifications for the development of the programme.
