The Contracting Entity intends to procure a sole provider Framework agreement for Catering Services
ESB has a requirement for catering services throughout it’s Head Office and National Estate including its current headquarters at Gateway Buildings, ESBI International at Dublin Airport, Electric Ireland at Swift Square and 11 locations in the ESB Networks National Estate. The services provided to the ESB under the Catering Services contract includes staff restaurants in each location along with hospitality and free issue as required and a coffee dock at Two Gateway Buildings. It is planned to relocate the current headquarters at Gateway Buildings back to Fitzwilliam Street, Dublin 2 when ESB’s new headquarters has been developed in 2020.

Description of the procurement

The Contracting Entity intends to procure a sole provider Framework agreement for Catering Services

The contract includes responsibility for the preventative maintenance associated with all of the catering equipment and the provision of ancillary services including canopy cleaning, deep cleaning and the provision of all catering consumables required to deliver the contract,
