Short description

Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council is seeking to identify a low cost solution, such as a small-form node device, that facilitates connections using the DALI/TALQ protocols over an IOT RF Mesh Network.
We want to ensure that the nodes of its RF Mesh Network can communicate with whatever sensors may wish to connect to the network.
The solution developed will be a node on the IOT RF Mesh Network facilitating the connection of a wide array of sensors and devices to the network.
Power for the IOT RF Mesh Network Node must come from the device to which it’s connected (eg. Streetlight).
Use-cases for the IOT RF Mesh Network could include air or water temperature sensors transmitting ‘state’ data over the network, or commercial grade applications such as the remote reading of water, electricity or gas metres.
Data transmitted over the network is stored in the cloud and addressed via APIs (Application Programming Interfaces)
