Additional information

The Department of Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht is cancelling RFT 128654 - CIP/2017/1 dated 23 February 2018 for the supply of services to include the development and management of external partner relationships, and other services as required on behalf of the Creative Ireland Programme, in accordance with competition procedures (Public Procurement Guidelines for Goods and Services, Vol. I, July 2017, Section 169).
The Creative Ireland Programme has been informed that it is being allocated additional resources at senior level from within the Department of Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht which will adequately fulfil many of the tasks outlined in the Request for Tender. This means that the work of the Creative Ireland Programme Office will need to be restructured while taking into account the arrival of the new Director of the Programme. In this context, the skills and services required by any future RFT will also need to be re-evaluated to ensure maximum value for money for the Creative Ireland Programme. The Department thanks all respondents for their time and effort in preparing for this competition and regrets any inconvenience caused by this cancellation.
