Short description

Limerick City and County Council (LCCC) operates the Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) Shared Services Centre (SSC) on behalf of 31 local authorities and the Dublin Regional Homeless Executive (DRHE). This national customer contact and financial transactional Shared Service for HAP was awarded to LCCC in 2016 following a tendering process. The HAP project went national on 1st March 2017. This Request for Tender (RFT) covers the provision of SugarCRM Enterprise Edition licenses and professional and support services to the HAP SSC. Please refer to the attached RFT document for detailed information.
