Employment law legal services to either (i) DPER or (ii) DPER and one or more of the framework clients jointly, where the parties have a common interest in obtaining such employment law legal services.
It should be noted that the Office of the Attorney General including the Chief State Solicitor’s Office is the primary legal advisor to Government Departments and DPER will continue to obtain advice from that source. It is anticipated, however, that in exceptional circumstances, such as during peak periods and in other cases from time to time, DPER may require access to additional legal resources.
Tenderers should be aware that the Services sought herein are within Annex XIV of Directive 2014/24/EU on public procurement and repealing Directive 2004/18/EC (“the Directive”) and therefore this public procurement competition is subject only to the rules in Part 3 Chapter 1 of the European Union (Award of Public Authority Contracts) Regulations 2016 (SI 284/2016).

Description of the procurement
