Description of the procurement

The Health Service Executive invited tenders from companies (hereafter
“Tenderers”) for a National Contract for the Provision of Disposable Continence
Products.
The scope of the contract was to provide the full list of 66 disposable continence
products and support services to HSE Service Users/Clients (hereafter “Service
Users”) in the Republic of Ireland.
The process included the Irish Public Health System (HSE), Organisations
funded by the HSE and the Irish Public Sector.

HSE)
1.2 Service Users funded by the HSE in residential organisations (e.g. private
nursing homes)
