Justification:  
The existing CCTV contract has expired and the current supplier has ceased their service as of 2nd March 2018. A temporary contract must now be put in place for one year with the option of a second year if required. The CCTV system is a vital part of the security across the prisons and may be required to be reviewed to confirm reports of incidents / accidents. The urgent nature of maintaining the CCTV system is the reason for the accelerated procedure.
