The works are split into three separate Lots to undertake routine maintenance of 1,753 single carriageway National Road Bridges in the Republic Of Ireland. The Lots are:
1. North West Bridges Term Maintenance Contract No. 3
2. Munster Bridges Term Maintenance Contract No. 3
3. Leinster Bridges Term Maintenance Contract No. 3
The works contained in each Lot comprise of routine maintenance of bridges phased over 4 years including 2018 (Year 1), 2019 (Year 2), 2020 (Year 3) and 2021 (Year 4), and reactive maintenance work for the term duration approximately 4 years.
No Tenderer can be awarded more than one Lot.

week defects correction period. The Works comprise
