Description of the procurement

Loose furniture fit-out of Dromroe Village comprising 71 nr. six (6) bedroom apartments, 3 nr. five (5) bedroom apartments, 1 nr. three (3) bedroom apartment and 6 nr. two (2) bedroom apartments in 12 blocks. All bedrooms are en-suite.
The scope of works to be carried out in Dromroe Village comprises supply and installation of kitchen and living room loose furniture items, bedroom study chairs, reupholstering sofas and arm chairs, electrical white goods, tv’s, blinds and curtains. The apartments in Dromroe Village will be refurbished on a phased basis over the Summers of 2018 and 2019. Approximately 50% of the units will be refurbished in each phase and furniture deliveries will be required to meet this programme.
