The scope of works to be carried out in Dromroe Village comprises supply and installation of kitchen and living room loose furniture items, bedroom study chairs, reupholstering sofas and arm chairs, electrical white goods, tv’s, blinds and curtains. The apartments in Dromroe Village will be refurbished on a phased basis over the Summers of 2018 and 2019. Approximately 50% of the units will be refurbished in each phase and furniture deliveries will be required to meet this programme.
