Short description
Lot #1 : This lot relates to the purchase of an airborne sensor cluster including LiDAR and GPS/IMU sensors that can be mounted on-board both fixed wing light-aircraft and also Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) – also known as drones.
Lot #2: MU also wishes to identify a suitable airborne survey operations company, based in Ireland, and capable of operating this sensor cluster pod on behalf of the University. This aerial survey company should have access to both light aircraft and drones, with appropriate qualified commercial pilots, aerial works permits and Specific Operators Permission (for drone operations), to carry out surveys on behalf of the University.
