Description of the procurement
EirGrid Group operates a digital business, where Information Technology Services are core to enabling successful business operation and the execution of its strategy.
Within the EirGrid Group, a comprehensive range of Information Technology Services enable mission critical, business operational and productivity services. The successful planning, delivery and operation of these Information Technology Services requires access to extensive research, knowledge and subject matter expertise across a broad range of technology and industry disciplines.
The winning Tenderer shall provide independent and vendor neutral research and analysis, based on its own extensive and up to date research data in both the private and the public sector. The core service offering should be a self-service model wherein an authorised staff member may access and research the knowledge base. The winning Tenderer shall provide these services through its respective analysts or subject matter experts, documents, reports, briefings, webinars, templates, toolkits in the specific technology and services.

EirGrid intends to establish a single supplier framework. The Framework Agreement period will be for an initial duration of two years with the option to extend annually for up to an additional six years.
Price is not the only award criterion and all criteria are stated only in the procurement documents
