The services sought will include but is not limited to
• Digital Surveillance Screening
• Visual Acuity Measurement
• Optical coherence tomography (OCT)
• Digital Surveillance Outcome
• Population of Data to the NSS approved Clinical information management System (CIMS)
• Call – Recall process
• Referral pathway for clients requiring treatment/annual recall
