Short description

The Minister for Justice and Equality is the Contracting Authority for public procurement competition and invites expressions of interest, under the Restricted Procedure, from suitably qualified service providers for the provision of a Fleet Management Consultant to the Irish Prison Service (IPS).
In summary, the Contracting Authority requires a Fleet Management Consultant to conduct an Audit of the IPS fleet, develop fleet policies, ensure fleet compliance and implement a fleet management system into the IPS. The key features and outline of the Services sought are set out in Part 2 of this Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (“PQQ”). Expressions of interest are invited, under the Restricted Procedure, from suitably qualified service providers for the provision of a Fleet Management Consultant to the Irish Prison Service (IPS)

Description of the procurement
