An Post have a requirement for provision of expert advice in a number of areas relating to the implementation of their current strategy and the development of a long term strategy.
An Post is seeking advice from external partners in a number of areas.
An Post will set up 15 multi-party framework agreements (to be awarded in Lots) to cover requirements which are set out below.
