Upgrade Works to Corrib Village Student Accommodation Complex on the north
campus of the University at Upper Newcastle Rd.
The construction process will provide for upgrade works to a total of 176
apartments in 46 blocks to include: (1) Replacement of existing fire detection
system with new addressable L1 type fire detection system (2) Upgrade works to
existing emergency lighting to include additional emergency lighting bulkheads,
additional and replacement illuminated exit signs and new central emergency
lighting test units.
