The Contract the subject of this competition is a contract for 12 months, 1 year with an option to extend by an additional two years (1+1 depending on legislation) at IE’s discretion, subject to the terms and conditions of the Contract]. The Contract Notice is referred to in Section 3.1 of this PQQ
