daa will shortly be embarking on an ambitious capital development programme at Dublin Airport and in order to position itself to deliver this programme, daa will be creating a number of framework panels. daa prides itself on delivering, value for money and innovative, flexiable, sustainable solutions and is looking for like-minded contractors to enage with.
This PIN is being published for the sole purpose of informing interested parties of a potential Framework Panel for airside civil works at Dublin Airport. Further PIN notices will follow regarding other possible Framework Panels at Dublin Airport.

Description of the procurement

daa is a major international airport company employing over 3,000 people. The Group’s principal activities are airport development, operation and management, Irish and international airport retail management and international airport investment. A copy of the annual report and financial statements of daa is available at www.daa.com.
daa will shortly be embarking on an ambitious capital development programme at Dublin Airport and in order to position itself to deliver this programme, daa will be creating a number of framework panels. daa prides itself on delivering, value for money and innovative, flexiable, sustainable solutions and is looking for like-minded contractors to enage with.
This PIN is being published for the sole purpose of informing interested parties of a potential Framework Panel for airside civil works at Dublin Airport. Further PIN notices will follow regarding other possible Framework Panels at Dublin Airport.
Dublin Airport is commencing a market sounding exercise to identify interested parties and expects to be in a position to issue more detailed request for proposals in the coming months.
As part of the initial market sounding exercise, Dublin Airport will be holding a group briefing session week commencing the 22nd January 2018 (excat date, time and location to be confirmed in early January). During these times we can also facilitate individual briefing sessions by appointment. These sessions will be attended by members of the daa’s technical team - amd.
