This site, c.0.176 hectares in area, is bounded by Leeson Lane to the North-West, Quinn’s Lane to the North-East, the Catholic University School to the South-East and the Nurses’ Building to the South-West. There is an existing two-storey former dispensary building called Spruce House fronting onto Leeson Lane.
It is proposed to restore and refurbish Spruce House, former dispensary building; c.445sqm in area, Construct new 7 storey (over basement) office building of c.6,333sqm; carry out site development works include hard landscaping, boundary treatment and all other ancillary site works.
