This Tender is to appoint a Construction Consultancy Team for the Upgrade of the Tyndall National Institute Block A, Phase 3 and 1 to facilitate new office areas.The project is to design new layouts for two sections of Tyndall Block A which is part of the TNI site that runs parallel to the River Lee.
Tyndall National Institute is seeking tenders with respect to this competition from interested parties using the Open Procedure as EU Directive 2004/18/EC
The Team will be required to provide the full range of consultancy services for the delivery of the Contract including but not limited to the following.
1. Architectural Services incorporating Conservation Architecture
(including DAC & Planning)
2. Civil/Structural & Fire Engineering Services
3. Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Services
4. Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP)
5. Quantity Surveying Services
6. Employers Representative
