University College Cork hereby issues this information in accordance with EC Directive 2004/18/EC (Restricted Procedure) for applicants and is inviting expressions of interest to provide the full range of Consultancy Services.
A building with a capacity of 7,500 m2 will be required to facilitate the future needs of Cork University Dental School & Hospital (CUDSH).
The construction consultancy services required to carry out the Contract will be procured on the basis of an Architect Lead single design team appointment. The Team will be required to provide the full range of consultancy services for the delivery of the Contract including but not limited to the following.
1. Architectural Services (including DAC & Planning)
2. Civil/Structural & Fire Engineering Services
3. Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Services
4. Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP)
5. Quantity Surveying Services

Description of the procurement
University College Cork hereby issues this information in accordance with EC Directive 2004/18/EC (Restricted Procedure) for applicants and is inviting expressions of interest to provide the full range of Consultancy Services.
A building with a capacity of 7,500 m2 will be required to facilitate the future needs of Cork University Dental School & Hospital (CUDSH) to comply with current regulatory standards and to ensure that the capacity to provide training for an increased number of students is available.
The University Strategic Plan 2017 –2022 has identified the construction and commissioning of a new Dental School as a priority action for achievement by 2022.
The construction consultancy services required to carry out the Contract will be procured on the basis of an Architect Lead single design team appointment. The Team will be required to provide the full range of consultancy services for the delivery of the Contract including but not limited to the following.
