Short description
Stage one of the Phase 1 development programme will deliver 21,000sqm of Grade A commercial office accommodation over two buildings, a food & beverage pavilion and a landscape parkland area of c.1.25 acres by Q1 2019. The offices will be delivered to an exceptional Grade A office standard with the ability to be let on a single tenant or multi tenancy basis (see attached brochure for further details). Other Dublin Airport Central assets and existing estate areas may form part of future scope for the successfully appointed service provider.
Daa wish to engage a framework agreement, seeking the following services from a suitably qualified provider for Phase 1 of the Dublin Airport Central development with services required, from Q2 2018.
