The Contracting Authority undertakes that this framework agreement will not be established until a period of fourteen calendar days has elapsed following the notification of all concerned tenderers. This statutory 'standstill period,' which is being observed in recognition of the provisions of S.I. 130 of 2010, will commence on the day after the date of notification of all concerned tenderers.
