Description of the procurement

You are invited to tender for the works associated with asbestos as stipulated within the attached documents, i.e. carrying out of Asbestos Survey and generating Asbestos Register;
1. Connolly Hospital Specification for an Asbestos Management Plan
2. HSE Policy for the Identification, Management and Abatement of Asbestos and
3. Architectural drawings Nr 1320/s/200 to 1320/s/210 inclusive for the campus.
It is a recommendation of the tendering process that all tenderers visit site and preliminarily survey the scope of the contract for work both above and below ground. Further information will be available at site. For this purpose you are advised to arrange your visit with the Project Manager, Karl Dalton. He can be reached on 01- 646 5078 or 5400 or email at karl.dalton@hse.ie.
As part of the tender submission a curriculum vitae of the surveyor to conduct the work is to be submitted for assessment. The competency and training of the surveyor should comply with the Connolly Hospital Specification attached. A sample report and survey together with typical signs used should form part of the tender submission.
Tenders should be sent in a sealed envelope to arrive no later than 3.00pm on Friday the 19th January 2018 addressed to:
