Short description
An Post is seeking to enter into a Single Party Framework Agreement with a supplier for Creative Advertising Services, Direct Marketing Services, Digital Marketing Services to An Post which will be split into the following Lot’s.
Lot 1 - Above the Line – Creative Services
Lot 2 - Below the Line – Direct Marketing Services
Lot 3 - Digital Marketing Services
The contract term shall cover a period of 3 (three) years with an option to extend contract for an additional period up to a further 2 (two) years.
Interested parties may apply for all LOT’s or individual LOT’s as appropriate. An Post reserves the right to source the entire requirement (all LOT’s) with a single supplier or source each LOT with separate suppliers.

LOT 1: Above the Line: Creative Services
Creative services include:
• Brand strategy, planning, creative development and production services
• Development of campaigns (offline and online) for various An Post (including certain of its subsidiaries and associated companies) products and services.
LOT 2: Below the Line: Direct Marketing Services
Direct marketing services include:
• Delivery of direct marketing planning and communication strategies to engage An Post’s various target audiences.
• Understanding market trends, diagnosing market challenges and originating /developing innovative ideas.
• Technical expertise and knowledge of current and emerging trends in direct/interactive marketing
• Specific DM initiatives to support Internal Communications campaigns
Lot 3: Digital marketing Services.
Digital marketing services to include;
• Delivery of Digial marketing planning and communication strategies to engage An Post’s various target audiences.
• Social Media and Content Development
• CX and customer journey planning
Price is not the only award criterion and all criteria are stated only in the procurement documents
