Interested parties must be registered on the Irish Government's e-Tenders website in order to participate in this process. Registration on this website is free. The initial PQQ stage is open to all and the PQQ document is available at the address at I.3 above. Please note that the final date for submission of completed PQQs is 5th January 2018. Interested parties are recommended to download the PQQ document as soon as possible and to commence work on its completion in order to ensure that the completed PQQ is uploaded and submitted in a timely manner.
While it is currently envisaged that the contract will be entered into with ESB, tenderers should note that the successful tenderer may be required to enter into the contract with ESB Networks Limited or any affiliated company of ESB.
