Short description
APPEL is seeking a supplier, to:
1. Develop and test an IT system that will meet APPEL’s requirements;
2. Provide appropriate user training;
3. Manage a package of services that includes hosting, supporting, maintaining, and upgrading the system for up to 4 years (to be reviewed and renewed annually).
The IT system has the following primary requirements:
A. Automating (to the largest extent practical) the experiential placement assigning and matching process between pharmacy training establishments and students;
B. Providing a virtual learning environment (VLE) to facilitate APPEL training and communicating with pharmacist Supervisors and Preceptors who are supervising students, as well as to facilitate student online learning while on placement.
C. Providing a secure single sign-on for users, including for students and academics signing on from their HEI VLEs.

APPEL is seeking a supplier, to:
