Pre-Qualification Process - Expressions of interest are sought from suitably experienced building contractors who can demonstrate experience relevant to the required works and who can mobilise sufficient plant and labour resources.
The proposed development is to facilitate the provision of an additional 216m of berthage at Dinish Island, Castletownbere Fishery Harbour Centre, Co. Cork. The works include but are not limited to site clearance, dredging/excavations, infilling/reclamation, quay wall construction, quay wall improvements, dredging, land reclamation, breakwater and revetment construction, surfacing, service installations such as drainage, power and lighting, relocation of navigation lights, fencing and boundary works and all other associated civil engineering works.

Description of the procurement

Candidates shall be capable of undertaking the role of Project Supervisor Construction Stage under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013.
