This is a call to competition by IE and the CIE Holding Company for the procurement of contract cleaning services and related cleaning consumables, janitorial products and washroom services. IE also reserve the right to include the provision of workwear garments and delivery of a managed cleaning service for these garments at a later date. It is envisaged the varying commencement dates will apply to different services within the scope of this tender, all services will terminate at the same time.

Description of the procurement

The list below is indicative of the services and products required but may not be exhaustive;
• Contract cleaning services nationwide for rail passenger carriages and office buildings / depots
• Cleaning products and chemicals,
• Janitorial products such as toilet rolls, paper towels / rolls, bin bags / refuse sacks, mops brushes and plungers, cloths / rags, surface wipes, anti weils hand wipes,
• Handsoap and handcream,
• Washroom services i.e. removal, cleaning and replacement of roller towels, removal, cleaning and replacement of mats, removal, cleaning and replacement of sanitary / nappy bins, supply and refill of wall mounted air fresheners.
• The supply and provision of a cleaning service relating to Workwear Garments.
