Description of the procurement
The Construction of 28 No. Houses and 4 No. Apartment blocks consisting of 3 no. apartments in each and all associated siteworks at Owendoher Grove, Ballyboden, Rathfarnham, Dublin 16.
In order to qualify for consideration each tenderer must submit the form 2W2-SAQ which requires, among other criteria, that each tenderer has a minimum turnover of €6,000,000 in respect of at least one of three of the most recent financial years (or where the date of establishment is more recent for each year the Tenderer has been established).
It is a requirement that the tendering contractor:
(1) - has completed in the last 7 years a housing project under RIAI/Public Works Contract (or equivalent), and under the direction of a professional design team.
(2). - using a Public Works Contract Form, to a value of not less than €2.500,000
(3) - have a minimum average turnover of €6,000,000.00
Contractors must qualify on (1) above, and either (2) or (3).
The evidence should be in accordance with the requirements identified here (or if for any valid reason this
evidence cannot be provided then alternative evidence which is considered appropriate by the Contracting
Authority may be provided)
Contractors are required to qualify in order for their tenders to be considered bona fide.
