The Contracting Authority(CA) intends to establish a multi party framework agreement with three suitably qualified and experienced service providers per Lot for the provision of temporary relief agency staff within the Health and Social Care Sector. Tenderers should be aware that the services sought herein are within Annex XIV of Directive 2014/24/EU on public procurement and therefore this competition is not subject to the full set of rules of the Directive. List and brief description of conditions:  The Contracting Authority is using the open procedure for the award of this framework agreement, therefore, while all interested parties may submit a tender, only those demonstrating that they have the required level of financial and technical capacity will have their tender considered.
