The IEHG’s aim is to move away from a supply-driven health care system towards a more person-centred system, organised around what patients and our staff need. The overarching goal for IEHG is to improve value for patients, where value is defined as the health outcomes achieved that matter to patients. Furthermore, it is envisaged that the programmes will improve and standardise patient care across the IEHG. The programme will bring together clinical disciplines and enable them to share innovative evidence-based solutions in the interest of better patient care.
To achieve these goals, the IEHG wishes to secure a technical partner to work with in delivering a programme of improvement in service delivery.

Description of the procurement

The successful technical partner will work in partnership with the Ireland East Hospital Group (IEHG) Service Improvement Team (SIT) and their relevant stakeholders to deliver group wide sustainable improvement in patient flow. The IEHG Service Improvement Team is committed to building on our success to date in leading group-wide improvements for patients and believes that this work will enable us to further transform the delivery of healthcare within the IEHG.
