Short description

South Dublin County LCDC invites tenders for provision in services in support of the Social Inclusion and Community Activation Programme 2018 – 2022 (SICAP). South Dublin County LCDC is the Contracting Authority for this Tender and will oversee the implementation of SICAP, supported by the Department of Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government (DHPCLG) and Pobal. SICAP has two programme goals - Goal 1 (community development) and Goal 2 (individual supports).
The contract is being awarded in 1 Lot. The detail of each lot is as follows:
Lot 1: 3.1 South Dublin County
This programme is being run on a national basis by each individual Local Authority/LCDC. A total of 51 individual contracts are being awarded across the 31 local authority areas/33 LCDCs.
Tenderers can submit tenders for all lots, and indeed lots as being awarded across all LCDCs. Please note however the maximum number of lots any one economic operator can win is 5.

Tenders must be submitted via the electronic post-box available on www.etenders.gov.ie. Only Tenders submitted to the electronic post-box will be accepted. Tenders submitted by any other means (including but not limited to by email, fax, post or hand delivery) will NOT be accepted. Tenderers must ensure that they give themselves sufficient time to upload and submit all required tender documentation before the Tender Deadline (as defined in paragraph 2.6.2). Tenderers should take into account the fact that upload speeds vary. There is a maximum individual file size of 2.14GB for documents sent to the electronic post-box. Documents must be clearly named and should where possible be limited in number. In order to submit a document to the electronic post-box, please note that you must click “Submit Response”. After submitting you can still modify and re-send your response up until response deadline. Tenderers should be aware that the “Submit Response” button will be disabled automatically upon the expiration of the response deadline.
