Subject to confirmation from the relevant local authority that there is demand for social housing in the proposed area, the availability of funding and the other requirements of this RFT, Respond! expects to procure an unlimited number of developments. Respond! reserves the right to procure the developments in stages if it considers, at its absolute discretion, that this is necessary or desirable to ensure the efficient and timely execution and completion of the Contracts.
