It is also envisaged that there will be additional requirements such as wheelchair assessable bedrooms, family bedrooms (i.e. larger rooms to accommodate parents and children / interconnecting rooms), and a number of common rooms / meeting rooms. The accommodation will be required on a full-board basis.
