The Contracting Authority intends to enter into a multi-supplier Framework Agreement for pavement and associated minor works for national roads. The number of suppliers will be minimum 3 and maximum 8 (provided sufficient tenderers qualify for admission to the framework
Typically, the value of each Works Contract would range from €100,000 to approximately €3,000,000. The number of Works Contracts in a year are unlikely to exceed 20.
Even if this Framework Agreement is established, the Contracting Authority (or other participating Authorities) may procure the work in other ways and the Contracting Authority does not guarantee that any work will be procured under this Framework Agreement.
Typically, the value of each Works Contract would range from €100,000 to approximately €3,000,000. The number of Works Contracts in a year are unlikely to exceed 20.
