Short description

Dublin City Council will be facilitating the establishment of a Multi-Party
Framework Agreement with multiple operators for contracts less than €0.5m on
behalf of itself and Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council. The Framework will run for 36 months and may at its discretion be extended by a further 12 months. Ten contractors were invited to tender for the Finglas Lanes Improvements Contract. The tender documents indicated that a maximium of eight contractors would be admitted to the Framework Agreement.The following 8 contractors are appointed to the Multi-party Framework Agreement for Roadwork Contracts:

Description of the procurement

Tender documents for Finglas Lanes Improvements were issued to ten candidates. The tender process performed a dual purpose to (a) award the contract for the Finglas Lanes Improvements and (b) form the Multi-Party Framework Agreement for Roadworks Contracts 2016-2020 (less than €500k) The tender documents stipulated that the maximum number of participants in the Multi- Party would be eight. The selection of participants in the Framework and a preferred bidder for Finglas Lane Improvements was based on the critriea in the 'Instructions to Tenderers' of the Tender documentsand is based on Comparative Cost of the Tenders.
