The Contracting Entity intends to establish a framework agreement for the supply, support and maintenance of IT Hardware. It is proposed that the Contract will include (non-exhaustive list – high level scope):
o Secure the supply of Servers, Desktops, Laptops, Thin Client, Tablets, detachable, and associated peripheral devices
o Secure the provision of installation, maintenance, and Deskside management services for Servers, Desktops, Laptops, Tablets, Thin Clients, and related peripheral.
