Description of the procurement

Limerick Institute of Technology requires the provision of a comprehensive, high quality, flexible and responsive concession catering service. Customers of the service will be students, staff and visitors to the LIT. LIT expects the service to incorporate continuous development, improvement and innovation.
LIT has seven campuses across Limerick, Tipperary and Clare. The main campus is located at Moylish Park Limerick with two Limerick city centre campuses in Clare Street and Georges Quay. LIT has two campuses in Thurles and Clonmel, Co Tipperary and in Ennis, Co. Clare. There is currently no requirement for catering services under this tender in either the George’s Quay or Ennis campuses.
