Following on from the Prior Information Notice (''PIN'') (TED Reference 2017/S 074-141031), the National Treasury Management Agency, describing itself as the National Development Finance Agency, acting for and on behalf of the Department of Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government (“DHPCLG”) (as Sanctioning Authority ) and Dublin City Council (‘’DCC’’) (as Sponsoring Agency), intends to procure the Social Housing PPP Bundle 1 (the Project) to design, build, finance, operate and maintain six social housing sites located in the counties of Louth, Dublin, Kildare and Wicklow. It is expected that the Project will have an ex. VAT capital value in the order of €100 million and will be procured under a single PPP contract using the competitive dialogue procedure. Further information is available in the Project Information Memorandum/Pre-Qualification Questionnaire document as attached to this notice.
