Additional information
The European Social Survey (ESS) is one of the first social science projects to receive funding to support its infrastructure. In 2005 the ESS was awarded Europe’s top annual science award, the Descartes prize. In 2007, funding was awarded to the ESS Preparatory Phase Project to prepare to possible selection as a European Research Consortium Infrastructure in 2013.
